Reconstruction of the extraction station of the DUKLA mine, Havířov (CZ)
For our long-term partner, Green Gas DPB a.s., we custom-manufactured and commissioned the second stage of a suction container station for suction, compression, and transport of mine gas from the extracted mine spaces of the closed Dukla mine.
This is a supplement to the first stage, which was no longer able to cover the operator’s increased requirements for the total pressure difference of the station.
The new TS 60 B stage consists of a gas-tight blower unit 3DBPA60BG-200 Ex II 1/3G Ex h IIA T3 Ga/Gc (110 kW) with two AW150-1990 heat exchangers located in a container.
The extraction station technology was supplemented with an interstage gas cooler, type CS200, with two AW200-1490 heat exchangers, also of our production.
