WWTP Hostouň (CZ) – replacement of blowers

As part of the modernization of the main air sources for the Houstoň wastewater treatment plant in the Kladno district, we proposed the use of three new compact units with noise protection covers, type 3D28B-080K (7.5 kW), to the operator.

We replaced the outdated blowers from another manufacturer…

As part of the replacement, it was necessary to measure and manufacture stainless steel reducers for the discharge pipe so that the replacement of the blowers could take place without any downtime, thereby avoiding any disruption to the operation of the wastewater treatment plant.

Our service team handled everything with excellence, and we can now boast a new reference.

Thanks to this change, the customer has acquired new, modern blowers that are also much quieter, thus contributing to lower noise levels both outside and, above all, inside the WWTP building itself, where the operators work.
