WWTP for a train manufacturing plant in Queensland (Australia)
As part of the construction of the new train manufacturing plant in Torbanlea, which will employ up to 300 people, PROTEX WATER supplied a compact wastewater treatment plant with a flow rate of 35,000 l/day.
Built to Australian standards and in accordance with local regulations, the new Elementz MemPAK MBR containerised wastewater treatment plant provides Class A recycled water, usable for on-site irrigation purposes.
The equipment includes fine screens at the inlet, equalization tanks, MBR membrane bioreactor, treated water tanks and sodium hypochlorite disinfection. The Elementz system is built into a 40′ container and is equipped with only high quality components.
This fully automated device can be monitored and managed via a large integrated touch screen or remotely via a suitable smart device.
For this project, we supplied a set of KUBÍČEK blowers type 3D19B-050E and 3D28A-080E, in stainless steel acoustic covers, for installation on the roof of a container with WWTP technology.
Torbanlea is located north of Brisbane in Queensland, Australia.
