Rendering plant WWTP – KUBÍČEK SCREW blower (CZ)

The ASAP s.r.o. rendering plant provides the collection, transport, and safe disposal of animal by-products including inedible slaughterhouse waste and animal carcasses. Through its operations, the company protects the Czech Republic’s territory from the outbreak and spread of diseases, safeguards the environment, and processes animal by-products into meat-and-bone meal, animal fat, and hides.

The wastewater treatment plant at the ASAP s.r.o. Věž facility is a critical technological unit. It ensures that highly polluted water from the rendering process does not pose a threat to the surrounding environment.

As the plant operates continuously, its technological equipment must be kept up to date. When one of the original ROOTS blowers reached the end of its service life, we consulted with the customer and, instead of a repair, proposed an energy-efficient and modern SD series screw blower of our own production.

The SD60B-200 unit, equipped with a 55 kW motor (IE4 class), offers an innovative solution that combines the best features of ROOTS blowers and screw compressors.
